Which makes me wonder whether Pippen would eat himself if he tasted good... Hobbits participated in self-canabolism anyone? Or, if the orc just turned Merry into sausages and for some reason invited Pippin to join in on the meal, would Pippin join in?
It's all your fault for talking about hobbit sausages. And Pippins not eager reaction to mention of food.
